In the Spring of 2013, the Cheadle Civic Society invested considerable resources in a long-term civic project to provide colourful high-quality street flowers throughout the heart of the village.

In association with Plantscape, one of the leading specialist companies in the field, a large number of planters and hanging baskets have now been instal led in strategic positions along High Street and Wilmslow Road.

All the arrangements have been very carefully selected and will be maintained by Plantscape on an on-going basis to enhance the natural beauty of Cheadle and for the benefit of everyone.

Below is a selection of photographs of some of the baskets and planters taken in June and July, 2013.  Similar displays have been in place throughout the village every year since.
